The Power Of Taste

There are 6 different tast that can help in every situation

Learning Spices

Experimenting with how you react to individual spices will teach immensly about yourself.

Why Spices?

Spices are an amazing tool to learn and then use.

They are so helpful is not only because the spices themselves are healthy for us but actually almost more important is that because we eat everyday and can add spices to every single meal it is a great and (eventually) easy way to very regularly get benefits from.

How Spices?

The general idea for quantity is one teaspoon per serving, so if you are cooking just for yourself then 1 teaspoon is all you need, for every additional serving or person then you can add an extra teaspoon.

To get the benefits of spices you should make sure to add them at the end of the cooking process, so when you have turned off the pot or pan, then you add your spices and mix them well into the meal.

Where/When Spices?

The awesome thing about spices is they can go on everything, what will change is simply the kind of herb or spice.

The only thing we would suggest is to start of simple and go from there as you can overcomplicate your dish with too many spices. But once you learn how they work and mix then you can easily add 10 spices total to a meal.

Who Spices?

Anybody and everybody should be suing spices in their lives. The tricky part can be finding which specific spices are good for you, unfortunately because everybody is different you will have to talk to someone yourself, or do research and experiment on yourself.

But since creating it we have relized that while women may use it more often it is equally helpful for men to us as well. We havent thought of anything that really speaks to us so let us know if you have a suggestion.
