But since creating it we have realized that while women may use it more often it is equally helpful for men as well. So once we run out of labels that say womens blend we will change the name to something more inclusive. We haven’t thought of anything that really speaks to us yet so let us know if you have a suggestions

How to Add Spices?
1 teaspoon/serving
This means if you are cooking one meal for one person just 1 teaspoon is all you need. If its a meal for 4 people you can use 4 teaspoons total.
Add at end of meal
If you add the spices to the heat for longer than a minute or two then you will burn away a large amount of the nutritional value of the spices. You will still get the taste though so it depends on your needs.
Who should use Spices?
Everybody should use spices, the hard part is finding what spices are best your your mind and body.
Unfortunately there is no easy answer to that, it will just take talking to people like us and/or doing your research and experiments.
It is helpful to remember that most of us are able to handle most spices so don’t be afraid to try new ones (in small doses).
And it is very important to remember to have fun with it
